hinde po legal n hnde knkltas ang kukmin,dhil obligasyun po yan ng employer s knilang gobyerno kung merun xang mga emleyadung hnde kmag-anak o foreign worker..

Kabayan required na ienroll ka ng amo sa NPS dapat 4.5% and deduction mo depending on the standard monthly income set by the NPS... read mo to kbayan galing sa NPS(kukmin)

The monthly standard income is different from the real monthly income.
Let me explain the monthly standard income calculation system.
For employer-based insured persons, the contribution is 9% of the standard monthly income. Of this, 4.5% is paid by the insured person, and the other 4.5% is paid by their employer.
Please note that the standard monthly income is different from the actual earnings received by the insured person in any given month. What does this mean?
The standard monthly income is calculated by dividing the insured person’s total annual income from the previous calendar year by 365 (total days in a year), and then multiplying that number by 30 (days in a month). The resulting figure is the standard monthly income (non-taxable income is excluded from the calculation of real monthly income).
The insured person’s standard monthly income is applied from July of any one year through June of the following year, regardless of any changes in the insured person’s real monthly earnings.
For those individuals who have yet to work a full calendar year in Korea, their standard monthly income, till June of the following year , will be almost equal to their earnings in the first calendar month of their employment in Korea.
At June of the following year, their standard monthly income will be re-calculated by dividing their total income received in that year by the total number of calendar days in the period of their employment. As above, this will be applied from July of that year through June of the following year.
Upon completing a full calendar year of employment, the insured person’s standard monthly income will be recalculated accordingly.

does it mean pede po kami mag complaint? any num po or pede makatulong? kasi yun nga din naisip namin, di ba share kami ng employer dun sa ihuhulog nila,, so if kinaltasan kami 50k won, may 50k won din silang share di ba,, maganda un para pag natapos ang contract namin eh malaki laki ang naipon namin kasi na double siya db..

@tikkab pwede kayo magtanong kung magkano na contribution ninyo... eto site www.nps.or.kr klik lang ung english tapos klik uli ung Q&A then klik uli ung question and answer then scroll down mo makikita mo ung nkasulat na write iklik mo un un na fill-up mo nlang name mo ACR no. at ung tanong mo... kung may descripancies sa inyong payment pwede magpatulong sa kanila sila tatawag sa employer ninyo.

sa hyewa twing sunday may NPS service dun sa dongsung catholic school pwede ka mag inquire ng kookmin contribution mo. kung may complain ka e2 number ng pinay na tutulong
