HOW MANY DAYS, TO INFORM THE LABOR WITH YOUR RE-CONTRACT?

GOOD DAY PO SIR DAVE, ask ko lng po f ilang days po b bago inform ang labor f magrecontract ang employer? sept.26 po end contract n ako for 5yrs, im in 3+3 eps law. 15days nlang kc natitira s mga araw ko kc, maraming holidays this coming sept.at d p ako pina sign f willing p cla e hire ako.d kya ako maiipit kng sakali sir dave?sbi nmn ng pamangkin ng employer ko, n marunong mag english w8 lng dw kc sinabi n nya s office namin. i need your help sir dave. thank you very much again ang more power s forum....

hi roberts,

wala pong problema yan... renewal of contract lang naman yan eh... yung requirement na 15-days before sojourn expiration is applicable only for re-employment (yung matatapos ang first 3-yrs at i-proprocess sila ng reemployment for another 1-yr & 10-mos extention)...

pero yung sa case nyo, hintayin nyo nalang na matatapos ang 1-yr contract nyo dyan at saka pa uli kayo pipirma ng new contract if i-renew pa po kayo ng current employer nyo... if hindi na, then you should process a release paper...

rerenew ka ng amo mo sir..wag neggy..hehehe..busy lang cguro..may amo kase before mtpos ang existing contract ngpapapirma na gad..mga two weeks before,,meron nmang after ng existing contract bgo mgpapirma..pero tama po yung ngtatanong kayo kase minsan naddisregard nila yung contract validity kse nga sa sobrang busy..

if di pa kayo pinasign after ma-expired contract nyo w8 nyo lang ilang araw even a week..if nttgalan na..dun na imply yung sinasabi ni sir dave:

"pero yung sa case nyo, hintayin nyo nalang na matatapos ang 1-yr contract nyo dyan at saka pa uli kayo pipirma ng new contract if i-renew pa po kayo ng current employer nyo... if hindi na, then you should process a release paper..."
