gud pm po ask ko lang po kung lahat po ba ng company eh kailangang magbigay ng 15 days ng leave kasi po cover po kami ng 40hrs a week.bale 3 years n po kmi sa company di po nmin nagagamit un convertible po ba sa cash un?tinanong din po nmin sa line leader nmin ang tungkol dun di daw po talaga nagbibigay ang company namin ng leave.pero dun po sa payslip nmin may nakikita po kami na주차 수당 ano po ba ibig sabihin nun?thanx po and more power

hi ellise,

annual paid leave is applicable to all EPS and Korean workers working in a company with 5 or more regular workers... if hindi po kayo nabigyan ng chance makapagleave, it should be converted into cash before end of your sojourn period... for more details, please link HERE..

pwede nyo iprint yan at ipakita sa amo nyo... if ayaw pa rin magbigay, pwede kayo magfile ng petition sa labor office...

o i see. so mean to say po sir na pag nkapag-avail ka ng bakasyon sa pinas let say sa case ko na 2 times ng-bakasyon ( 15 + 30 days)ay wla na po maiko-convert to cash?

kung with pay po yung bakasyon nyo, tama po... pero kung walang bayad, that means hindi nyo pa rin na-avail ang annual paid leave nyo... thanks...

Yun na nga po Sir,porke di ako mkapag-reklamo at mkapagtanung ay ginagawa na akong bobo, well, ngayon cla nkahanap ng katapat.First time kc nila ngka-eps sa akin na nka-3 yrs d2 ,usually after 1 yr eskapo na mga foreign workers d2 gya nung 4 Filipino dating kasama ko.Ang matindi nito pati yung Filipina Korean wife na Hangukmal chari at madalas namin lapitan ay napaniwala nila sa explanation nila, ako pa kaya na hangukmal mote? Hopefully nga sir makakubra ako asap kc yun lng din inaasahan ko pang-umpisa sa 2nd sojourn extension ko.If not then, cguro nman ay meron pweding magawa ang POLIO este POLO po pla.Ngayon natin masusubukan kung hindi nga bias ang labor office at kung gaanu kabilis umaksyon ang epeople online petition service nila.

Kaya sa mga parating na 6th KLT passers dyan.... magpakadalubhasa kayo sa lengguwahe nila pra may bala kayong magagamit pagsabak nyo ng Korea.Share ko lang din ang nature ng work nmin d2 para may idea ang mga EPS aspirants.

Thanks & hopefully "miss cute", 99% sure nman ako kc sa case ko ay existing pa company , andito pa ako (unlike sa case mo) at malakas ang supporting papers ko na di pa ako nabayaran contrary to their persistent explanation na basta ng-avail ka ng leave kahit wlang payment ay yun na daw yung annual paid benefit.Sobra nman bobo nila kc sa title pa lng na 'Annual Paid Leave' means 'yearly mg-leave ka pero bayad' pero sa case ko nga ay hindi.Sabagay, marami talagang company na ganyan, ini-ignore ang sarili nilang batas pra makaiwas.Mga kumpanyang ganito dpat ma-ban (1 year or more ) na mg-employ ng foreign workers para matuto.

sir mario,

nakita ko na yung fb link na sinishare nyo... di ako makapaniwala na ikaw yun... that video makes me proud of you and the rest of Filipino workers especially sa mga nagwowork ng 3D jobs... bigla akong nakapagreflect sa sarili ko... i realized na ang swerte ko pala kasi di ako nakaranas ng ganung klaseng work... and you know, yung video na yun ay mas lalong nagpapainspire sa akin to serve may kababayan (na bina-violate ang karapatan nila as a workers) kahit sa simpleng paraan...

i hope and pray na may positive outcome ang petition nyo... although, as i've said in my previous posts, may problema po talaga ang Labor Department ng Korea pagdating sa pagpapaimplement ng batas... napakaganda po ang Korean labor law but their enforcement is really poor... sometimes very obvious na bias sila at pinapanigan nila ang mga Korean employers even the violation is very clear... meron sanang POLO na dapat tumugon sa mga reklamo ng mga kababayan natin PERO... ANYWAY, TRY NYO RING MAG-ASK NG ASSISTANCE... AND YOU WILL KNOW...

kaya kabayang Mario, saludo po ako sa inyo... you have equipt yourself enough bago po kayo nagfile ng reklamo... sana magsilbe ring ehemplo ang ginawa mo para sa ibang mga kababayan natin... "sa hirap ng trabaho ng mga EPS workers, dapat alamin natin ang mga rights natin according to what is stated in the Labor law...

mabuhay po ang manggagawang Pilipino!

sir dave thanx po sa explantion nyo pero may 1 pa po me tanong ano po kaya un bnabayaran nila samin monthly na 주자 수당?minsan po pag 32hrs.binibigyan nila kami ng 132,000 won minsan nmn po 40 hrs.160,000 won nmn po binibigay nila samin.

tanong ko naman po tungkol sa insuance.kasi po naaksidente ako sa company.di po nkakapagwork.may makukuha din po ba ako?may sasahurin din po ba ako?at yung mga gastusin q po sa ospital dapat po ba cla nagbabayad nun.everyday po kz ako sa ospital pinapupunta ng doctor pr linisin sugat at palitan bandage.sagot po ba dapat ng company yun?kung meron po ilan percent po makukuha?at ano dapat ko po gawin?sana po masolusyunan ito problema.salamat po na marami sa inyo.......intay ko po sagot..........

ilang days po kayo hindi nakapagwork? naadmit po ba kayo sa ospital? if less than 4-days kayo hindi nakapagwork your employer has responsibility for accidents compensation for medical treatment and suspension work allowance (70% of ordinary wages) according to Labor Standard Act(LSA)...

but if umabot ng 4 or more days kayong hindi nakapagwork, you should avail the benefits from the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance... you should visit the labor office to file for the said benefits... pwede rin kayo tumawag sa Korea Labor Welfare Corporation (Comwel) at 02-2670-0319 (english available) to report your situation...

in case less than 4-days, at hindi kayo binayaran ng employer nyo sa medical treatment at salary during your absence, magfile kayo agad ng petition sa labor office... just visit the labor office personally...

Gud day mga kasulyap.I don't know it if it may be considered as good news pero may feedback & development na po sa online petition ko sa Labor Office thru epeople online petition. Last Aug. 5 (thursday) send/file ko yung petisyon thru the assistance of Sir Dave, in 5 working days interval nag-set na ang Labor petition in-charge ng preliminary conference set on Aug. 19 thru SMS notification sa akin at kinabukasan (today) ay kinausap na ako sa office , pagkatapus ng maiksing usapan thru interpreter ay nag-promise ang Kongjangjangnim ko (w/ signature nya & date ng promise payment nya dun mismo sa form na binigay ko about "Annual Paid Leave Benefits for EPS Workers (Eng & Korean) na before Aug. 19 ay idi-deposit na sa bank account ko yung 46 days salary equivalent as payment for my annual paid leave benefit for 3 years being in the company, in-exchange ay i-cancel ko na raw yung labor petition ko asap.Although isa lang out of 3 concerns ang na-solved ay thankful na rin ako at least makaka-collect na ako bago matapos ang 3 yr sojourn ko by Aug. 20,2010.At yung natititrang 2 concerns ko about kulang na hulog sa NPS at Acts of Discrimination/unfair treatment in terms of giving bonuses to foreing workers against Korean co-employees ay gagawin ko na lng reasons para marelease after ko makuha yung payment.

Kaya sa mga kasulyap na may mga problema & deprived about annual paid leave or anupaman, don't hesitate to ask & fight for what is right.Pwedi nyo gamitin ang epeople medium pra panakot or rather panggising sa mga "nagkukunwaring tulog" na mga kumpanya dito sa Korea.

Again, Mabuhay ang Manggagawang Pinoy!
