boss question lng po 3 years n po kmi d2 s kumpanya nmin, ang tanging increase n binigay s amin ay yung s labor,,ngayon my mga bago kmi kasama d2 s kumpanya mga wala experience s field of work nmin!! now ang sinasahod nmin ay basic pay p rin n bigay labor...pwede po b kmi mag request ng dagdag n sahod s amo nmin dahil mas my experience n kmi s mga baguhan at pareho p rin nila ang basic nmin..ang work po nmin ay CNC. salamat po!

kabayang revilo,

yes, it is your discretion to ask your employer a salary increase which is more than the current minimum wage especially if your job is quite difficult and it needs a well experienced operator... but you should remember that your employer is not obliged by labor law to give his worker a higher salary more than the minimum wage... so, if ayaw magbigay ang employer nyo ng increase, do not get discouraged because receiving a minimum wage is already fair to all EPS workers whether new or old worker in the company...

but there's no harm in trying... try to ask a salary increase...

tama po si sir dave as long as di na violate ang tamang bigay ng salary eh try na lang makipagusap sa amu nyu baka nga sakaling pagbigyan kayu... cnc din po ang work namin dito pero pare pareho lang kami ng sahud maski ang iba eh mag 6 na taun na dito.. pero di sila nagrereklamu kasi yun ang nakapaloob sa labor law/.....
