Sir good day!

Sir ask ko lang po. SA mga nakita kong computations and minimum wage, underpaid po kami. At binabawasan pa po ng isang oras. Nagreklamo po kami kung bakit at sagot lang po sa amin ng employer ay pareparehas naman po na kinakaltasan kahit mga koreano. Anu pong dapat namin gawin kung wala pa po sa minimum wage ang sahod namin? Mag e end na po ang 3 years sojourn ko. Sobrang baba po ng sinasahod namin. Ang pasok ko 8:00 to 9:30 mon-friday, Saturday 8:00-5:00 off po ng Sunday. Hindi man lang po umaabot ang sweldo namin sa 1.2 libre po ang pagkain. 20 po kaming empleyado.

what do you mean 1hr deduction? everyday yan? baka breaktime yan? i tried to compute ur March salary following ur given time... pls refer below...

-> 40 workweek system (companies with 20 or more legal workers)
-> monthly minimum wage = 858,990won
-> Total Weekdays (Mon~Fri) = 23 days
-> Total Weekdays OT (considering 1hr lunchbreak & 30min dinner brk) = 4hrs x 23days = 92hrs
-> Total Saturdays = 4days
-> Total Sat. OT = 8hrs x 4days = 32hrs
-> Total OT in March = 92hrs + 32hrs = 124hrs
-> Total Gross Salary = 858,990won + [124hrs x 4110won x 1.5)
-> Total Gross Salary = 858,990 + 764,460 = 1,623,450won

now check ur March salary if magkano ang kulang... ung wala pang deduction ha... by the way, kailan mag-end 3-yrs mo? if malayo pa, pwede ka magpaparelease if u want... u can file a petition sa labor office para yan ang idahilan mo na magpaparelease ka...

one hour deduction

opo sir binabawasan po kami ng isang oras kada araw. Ang whole day po namin ay 8:00am to 6:00 OT 6:30 to 9:30 ganyan po ang computation sa amin. Even Saturday 8:00-6:00 ang whole day. Ang basic ko po ay 928,000. Kahit po vacation leave ayaw na rin po kaming payagan. Kung sakali po na mapatunayan namin sa labor na ganyan po ang ginagawa sa amin, mababawi pa po ba namin yung one hour na kulang sa sweldo simula nung nagstart kami? Sa aug. 21, 2010 po ang end ng 3 years ko.

Nagtry po yung kasama ko na magparelease last year pa po pero ayaw po nilang pumayag. Kung hindi ko po tatanggapin ang extension ko na 1 year and 10 months makukuha ko po ba agad ang benefits ko?

hindi ko pa rin maiintindihan kung paano kinuha ung 1hr... may payslip ba kau? mas maganda sana if makita ko ang payslip nyo...

granting na kulang talaga ang sahod, hindi ko massasabi na makuha ninyo ang kulang... kasi even magfile pa kau sa labor ng petition against ur employer's violation, if ayaw parin magbigay ang amo ninyo, ang pwede lang gawin ng labor ay magadvise lang sa inyo na magfile ng case sa court which we know na hindi ganun kadali...
