Monthly Salary

Hello po..I want to ask kc di po ba yung pinirmahan nating kontrata eh monthly, fixed, i've heared kc na may pasok o wala eh required p rin sila magbayad ng monthly salary natin. Kc po mawawalan kami ng pasok ng almost two weeks starting dec 25 to jan 3 and di daw po kmi babayaran. Ikakaltas sa monthly salary namin..please i need some info about this...salamat po

ganun din po ang pagkaalam ko kabayan, pag cnabi po kcng nka monthly basis ung isang empleyado ibig sabihin po eh nka fixed ang salary for the whole month(Basic Salary).lahat ng legal holidays bayad po un.

Thanks kabayan...nabuhayan me ng loob...kasi ipaglalaban kc namin sa amming employer eh can u suggest more opinion and advice para marami akong bala pag kinausap ko employer ko

gudday kabayanan

some employer minsan dont care even they already know dat

they are breaking the rules of labor, patay malisya

minsan na di nila alam ang batas ng labor ang improtanti

sa kanila ay mapa implement nila ang rule ng company.

minsan pag naduwag ang pilipino at napansin nila na

papayag ito kaya umaabuso ang employer.

kya may mga taong AGARABYADO OR LETS JUST SAY

NA UNCORRECT SALARY. Kung sa tingin natin di natin matiis

ang panlalamang ng employer better go directly sa migrant

center or labor opis. mahal naman natin ang ating work

pero minsan dapat natin ipaglaban ang ating karapatan.

kung minsan may mangmang at ina under estimate tayo kaya

may mga manloloko at abusadong company or employer.

pero kung kaunting diperensya lang naman sa sahod hayaan na natin pero kung

weekly ang pandaraya at madalas gawin di patas ang pasahod

ngaun plang complain na natin sa kinauukulan baka abutin

ng milyon yang nadadaya sa inyo pag pinagsamasama... gudlak
