sir dave paano po kng walang goyong pohom ang asawa ko legal kmi pareho 6 months na po ang tiyan nya sa dec. ang due date nya may karapatan ba kmi na e claim sa sajang namin ung 2months na 70% na sweldo nya kahit wala kming goyong pohom.pwede nba kming mag file sa goyong ng maternity leave ng aking asawa.

kc sabi ng secretary nmin di daw sya ba2yaran kc ala daw syang goyong pohom kc nga po nabasa ko ung post nyo about maternity leave.un ang sinasabi ko na batas ng gobeyerno nla un article 74 pra sa mga foriegn worker.tinatawanan lng kmi.

kbayan wla na po si sir dave si sir zack na po bgo admin ng sulyap...newei in my own experience dpat mrn ka contibution sa goyong pra mkapag file ka ng maternity insurance ng asawa mo?pro pde mo din ilapit yan sa mga migrants center pra mrn ka idea pano pag file nun maternity kz dpat b4 due date ng misis mo mag file na kau....

kaso nga di kmi kinakaltasan ng goyong pohom since 2005 pa meron kmi medicare insurance lng pag ala ba nyang pohom di ka pwede mag ng maternity leave.ala ba kming makukuha kahit singko sa 90 days na leave,pro ng lumapit kmi sa migrant center di daw kmi ma22lungan kc may medical insurance daw kmi.sa mga tnt lng cla may maga2wa sa panga2nak ng libre.

un goyong pohom kz sa pagkakaalam ko nde nmn yan compulsary sa mga amo eh so kung nde cla ng nagfile sa goyong nde ka din kakaltasan tlga,lam ko kz dpat mrn ka nun pra mbyaran un maternity leave mo,un nmn sa migrant center nde ka nmn pa2tulong sa knla pra cla magbyad sa panga2nak ng asawa mo ask ka lng ng tulong kung pano mag file ng maternity or ask mo kung pde nga kau mag file nun maternity leave khit wla ka goyong pohom...,sa panga2nak nmn mga2mit mo yun health insurance ntin kya mka2tipid ka din khit pa2no poh....

cge try na lng kmi sa goyong center punta malaman na rin nmin at makapag file na kng sakali,bali kc sa hospital na pinupunthan nmin private kc don ung ob gyne ng misis ko bali 2m daw gastos cs un pro gawa ng mai medical insurance 1m na raw lhat2.salamat sa payo kabayan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sa susunod uli

kabayan cs din aq nanganak d2 and private din un pinag anakan ko pro bnayaran ko lng po more than 500thou won kz mrn nga tau health insurance kz kung wla aabutin ng 1M bkit sobra mahal nmn yun sa sa asawa mo kung mrn nmn xa health insurance??newei sn ba place nu ngaun and pde pa kau pumunta sa iba ob kz sobra mahal yan ok lng kung sa mga tnt tlga yan binabayaran nla sa ospital dhil la cla insurance....

d2 kmi sa daegu,bali kc sabi ng iba di raw pede palipat-lipat ng hospital kc pag dumating ung tym na mganak na sya di sya accept ng ospital 6 months na tiyan ng misis ko,hirap din palipat-lipat umuulit ung mga check up.

tanong ko lng kabayan sa 90 days na leave mo 2months salary mo ba sa sa sajang mo nakuha at 70% un at sa goyong ung 1month magkano nman ang nakuha mo.kc ng lumapit kmi sa migrant center tinanong nmin yan sabi nla huwag na raw nmin habulin sa sajang un kc pumayag nman daw na magbuntis asawa ko sa company.may makkuha nman daw sa gobeyerno nla ang sabi ng migrant d2 sa daegu.

ganun ba yun kz mostly advice nla sa mga nagbu2ntis parang konswelo mo daw sa amo kz pumayag na mag work ka pro pano nmn yun ryts mo dba,ok lng yun lumipat pa kau kz 6mos pa lng nmn kesa sobra laki nmn bayaran nu syang din yun pera,dalhin nu un mga records nya dun sa dati nya ob pra mkita na mrn na xa mga records na nid nla pra nde mag doble...bale 2mos sa amo ko tpos un 1month sa government nde ko na matandaan magkano inabot nun pera ko dati eh...ang risk kz kungmaghabol kau tlga nyan pde magalit amo nu sa inyo pro gaya ng sabi ko mrn mga bagay na kelangan pag laban un karapatan dba...newei if u nid an assistance pra mkapag file kau ng maternity mo or pra mgkaron pa kau idea pde u lumapit sa human ryts jan sa daegu..enge po aq addy nu sa ym bgay ko po yun number at place ng lalapitan nu dun!!!take care po and sna maayos nu na yan..god bless!!!

ung human rights d2 sa daegu alam ko puntahan kc lumapit na rin kmi don dati ng kinuha nmin ung twijikkum nmin sa dati nming company,private din ba dati ung ospital mo? sa mom and childrens kc kmi d2 sa hyeosung hospital sa daegu!!!!di pa nga kmi maka-punta sa goyong gawa ng bc kmi sa work dami naming gawa 10pm lbas nmin tapos sat. may pasok din kmi,un nga din iniisip nmin ung magalit sajang nmin sa paghhbol kso total pag naiuwi na ng misis ko sa january ang baby nmin papa release din kmi kc mas marami pahinga d2 kaysa sa ot.

kabayan matanong ko lng magkano nman ang kaltas mo monthly sa goyong pohom pag nagamit mo na un sa maternity leave mo.hanggang kailan ka kakaltasan non.

nde nmn pare pareho kaltas bwan2 un sa goyong pinakamalki na yun 6,000won and derecho po un hulog dun sa goyong kung nagfile po amo mo dun sa goyong...kz pag nagpilit tlga kau magfile ngaun pde kau irelease kz magagalit yun amo mo pro bawal po tlga sa batas ng labor un i lrelease un pregnant kung nbsa nu na po dun sa isa ntin thread d2 pro lam mo nmn mga koreano dba,kung gus2 nu nmn pde kau mag file after mkapanganak na c misis pra kung i release man kau atleast nanganak na xa den mkapag file na kau sa maternity dba...ung hospital d2 private din po yun...by d way yung cnsabi nla aabot ka 1M maybe ksama na un sa bby na tsek up nla un buong internal organs nya kya aabutin kau ganun pro pde u sbhin sa ob mo nde na yun isasama kz mrn din yan cla free pra sa bby un nlng ku2nin nu...kz un sa cnsabi ko overall tsek up ng bby aabot kau ng 1M pde nmn wla yun eh pro its up to you nmn ask nu sa ob ni misis f ganun nga un ha kz bka magkaiba nmn cla tlga payment eh....

kabayan nkkha ba agad ung sa goyong na bayad after na manganak ka?ano un 1 month salary din ba,salamat sa lhat ng reply mo mag file na kmi next wik kc sa dec 1st wik na due date misis ko sasamhan sya ng fren nmin na koreana ung na2long d2 sa daegu na koreana sa lahat ng filipino legal man o tnt...............GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mam about po sa goyong pohom kc buntis di ako 3mos na di ri kc ako nagfile ng goyong pohom ano po ba ito pano kung nirelis ako ng amo ko ng malaman nyang buntis ako pwede prin ba ako magfile ng ng goyong pohom khit relis na ako ?????????????salamat po!!!!!!!! pasensya na now ko lng kc nalaman about po sa goyong pohom

sis belen pakibasa po e2......

According to Article 74 of the LSA, an employer shall grant a pregnant female worker 90 days of maternity leave before and after childbirth. In such case, 45 days or more shall be allocated after the childbirth. And an employer shall pay leave benefits for 60 days of the leave period, while Employment Insurance Fund will cover the benefits for the remaining 30 days upon application to the Job center. This provision is applied regardless of the female worker’s nationality.

If the employer violates Article 74 of LSA, he/she shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 2 years, or by a fine not exceeding ten million won.

More so, an employer shall not dismiss a worker by reason of only pregnancy, because according to Article 23 of the LSA, no employer shall dismiss a worker without justifiable reasons. Especially, no employer shall dismiss any female worker during a period of temporary interruption of work before and after childbirth as provided in article 74 and within 30 days thereafter. If the employer dismisses a female worker the aforementioned period, he/she shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 5 years, or by a fine not exceeding 30 million won.

ask ko lng po sa mga eps na naka maternity na po dito sa korea buntis po kc ako gueto ko lng pong malan kung ano po ang una kong dapat gawinkc po relis po ako ano po kya ang dapat kong gawin pra makapagleave wla po akong GOYONG POHOM pano po kya ang una kong gagawin?????

kabayang belen,,

napakalaki ng roblem nyo,,,
una po,,wala kayong company kasi relis po kayo ibig sabihin hindi na po activated ang health insurance nyo..
pangalawa,since relis po kayo wala po kayong company na pwedeng magbigay sa inyo ng maternity leave...
so,,kailangan po munang makahanap ng kompanya,yon nga lang po dapat malaman ng kompanya na buntis po kayo......ito ang unang solusyon...
YOU NEED TO FIND A COMPANY.....
Meron po akong recommended na hospital,,,,park tae dong ob@gyne,located at namdong,incheon..mura lang po dito kahit walang goyong bohom.....normal delivery:300000 won cesarian :700000 won..
Sana healthy po kau para healthy din bb nyo po...

bkit di po activate dba binabayaran ko nmn po un buwan buwan and di ko nmn po nagagamit un saan nmn po napupunta un...........pano po kung may compony ako dati ng malaman nilang buntis ako nirelis po nila ako...ibig sabihin di ko pwedeng papalitan ng maternity leave sa labor ung relis paper ko?

sis belen pde po kau pumunta sa labor kz sa case nu nde kau dpat reles ng amo dhil sa kau ay buntis kz nsa batas po yan ska ung health insurance po nu activated pa yn kz kareles mo pa lng nmn and pde din po kau maghulog nun sa health insurance gaya nung gnawa ng co worker ko dati...buntis din xa dun sa company nmin dati kz nauna ako sa knya nanganak den nung magfifile xa ng maternity leave ayaw na nyng samonim nmin nagkasagutan cla tpos pinaaaliz xa so gnawa nya umalis xa den hinabol xa kz lam nmn ng mga company bawal un so gnawa ng kumare ko pumunta xa ng labor komo buntis nga xa at reles na binigyan xa ng chance na 6 mos na pde nde magwork den after nya magdeliver ng bby ska xa nag hanap bgo nya employer,bgo xa nanganak sis nagbayad na xa nung nde nya nahulugan,pde u pa2long sa mga migrants centers pra mas madali proseso mo..sna po mka2long sau yan!!!take care
