sir nabasa ko po sa isa sa mga topic dito na kapag 5 regular employee po kayo may 15 days vacation leave w/ pay po..... pano po kung wala po kaming ganon saan po ba dapat lumapit kasi pag na ka 2 days absent ka lang ship manwon na po kagad ang kaltas sa sahod namin.....pwede po din ba yon na gawing reason sa pagpapa release?

hello shengzki,
1) for workplace with 20 or more regular workers (under 40-hrs workweek system), workers are entitled for 15-days annual paid leave... however the 1-day monthly paid leave was removed for this workplace category only...

2) for workplace with 5 ~ 19 regular workers (under 44-hrs workweek system), workers are entitled for a 10-days annual paid leave only but at the same time they must also be given a 1-day monthly paid leave benefits...

kung hindi po kayo binigyan ng ganyang benefits, pwede po kayo magreklamo sa amo ninyo... if ayaw pa rin magbigay, you can file a petition at the Regional Labor Office directly covering your workplace...

if gusto kayo magpaparelease, you can use it as your valid reason... pero huwag po muna kayo magpaparelease kung wala po kayong sure na malilipatan kasi mahirap po maghanap ng trabaho ngayon...

pano po sir kung ayaw po kaming irelease dahil yon ang reason namin.pwede na po bang dumeretso sa labor na yon ang dahilan mabibigyan po ba kami ng release paper?

if ayaw kayo papayagan ng amo nyo na magpaparelease pwede kayo dumiretso sa Labor Office covering your company... dun na kayo magpaalam... pero dapat magpaalam muna kayo sa amo nyo na kayo po ay magpaparelease... salamat...

SABI NG SAJANG NAMIN MALIIT LANG DAW ANG DEDUCTION NYA KAYA MAY BALANCE KMI NA DAPAT BAYARAN SA HEALTH INSURANCE SA TAONG 2008. NAG START KAMI MAY 9, SO SA LOOB NG 7 MONTHS PINABAYAD KMI NG 137,000. FAMILY BUSINESS LANG PO ANG COMPANY NAMIN....PERO 40 HRS./WEEK ANG TRABAHO NAMIN. KONG BELONG KAMI SA 2ND SYSTEM ALA PO KAMI NATANGGAP NA ADDITIONAL ONE DAY PAY PER MONTH.

possible po yan... pwede kayo magfile ng petition sa Labor Office covering your previous workplace... then the assigned Labor Inspector will entertain and investigate your petition to the concerned employer... thanks.

kabayan,
1) if less 20 lang po kayong lahat as regular workers including Koreans, you should belong to 44-hrs workweek system... that means na meron po kayong 4-hrs regular work every Sat... pero kung nag-implement ang company ninyo ng 40-hrs workweek system, mas nakalamang kayo kasi if meron kayong work ng Sat. overtime na lahat yun... pero yun nga if wala rin kayong OT every Saturday, kunti kang din sahod nyo...
-> under 40-hrs, ang basic salary is 209 x 4000 = 836,000won
-> under 44-hrs, and basic salary is 226 x 4000 = 904,000won

2) kung nag-absent kayo under regular working time, syempre may deduction po kayo according to number of hours in absent... pero kung nag-absent kayo ng Sat work, wala kayong deduction kasi nga OT ang Sat. ninyo...

3)about naman sa Heath Insurance, magkano po ba ang basic salary ninyo last 2008? ang monthly contribution ninyo should be 2.385% of you basic salary... (for ex. if yung basic salary ninyo in 2008 was 787,930won, your Health Insurance monthly contibution must be 787,930 x .02385 = 18,792won)... tapos another 2.385% must be separately contributed by your employer... so you may check your payslip and verify if tama po ang contribution ninyo....

NOTE: HINDI PO PWEDE NA KAYO LAHAT MAGCONTRIBUTE SA HEALTH INSURANCE... ITO PO ANG DAPAT... 2.385% WORKER + 2.385% EMPLOYER...

if proven na mali po ang implementation ng employer ninyo regarding your Health Insurance contribution, pwede po kayong magfile ng petition sa Regional Labor Office covering your workplace... somebody from Labor Relation Commission will investigate your petition...

i suggest na before kayo pupunta ng Labor Office, pakiusapan nyo ng mabuti ang amo ninyo regarding the proper payment of Health Insurance to avoid any troubles between you and your employer...

gandang gabi rin sayo kabayan,
ito ang basic computation kung magkano makukuha sa loob ng 3 taon.

a) monthly contribution = 9% x basic monthly income (excluding overtimes and allowances) but only 4.5% will be deducted by your monthly salary for your contribution and the other 4.5% must be paid by your employer.
b) example:
your basic monthly salary = 1,000,000 won (total NPS monthly contribution)
---> .09 x 1,000,000 = 90,000 won
---> .045 x 1,000,000 = 45,000 won (your monthly contribution to be deducted in your monthly salary)
---> .045 x 1,000,000 = 45,000 won (your employer's monthly contribution)
c) after 3 years of your contract you can get...
---> 90,000 won x 36months = 3,240,000 won

it must be an agreement between you and your employer... kung busy po palagi ang company at hindi kayo napayagang gamitin ang paid leave nyo within 3-years, then your employer must convert it to cash and it must be given to you during your last salary before going back to the Philippines...

if ayaw, ibigay, pwede kayo magfile ng petition sa Labor Office...
