1 year contract??

kabayan,

status: si juan ay mag 3 years na pero nagtransfer sa ibang factory due to bankcruptcy

halimbawa po si juan ay nag-start ng work NOVEMBER 27, 2007 pero nagsign na sya ng contrata JANUARY 2008. finish contract na sya DECEMBER 2008. me makukuha po ba si juan na toejicom? consider na bang 1 taon na sya sa kumpanya? kung meron po syang toejicom at hindi ibinigay ni sajang paano po nya ito makukuha?

kabayan,
bakit po late na ang contract signing? ano ba ang date nakalagay sa contract ni Juan?

please remember, the basis of counting the length of work in a company is the date of contract it was signed...

and with regards to "toejigeum" benefit, as long as si Juan ay nagwork at least one year from the date he signed the contract... he will surely get his "toejigeum" provided that the company has 5 or more legal employees Korean or Foreign workers...

and take note, ang babayaran ni sajangnim ay yung "toejigeum" kung saan based on computation, mas malaki pa ang sahod kaysa basic salary due to overtimes...

ang Samsung Insurance company naman ang magbayad according to basic salary computation... (pls refer nalang to other posts here on how to compute "toejigeum")

if hindi magbayad si sajangnim, pwede ka magreklamo directly to labor office or you can approach any migrant center na willing tutulong sayo for free...
