gud am meron po tayong kababayan na nagpapatanong dati syang EPS sa korea hindi na renew ng contract bale 3 yrs lang yung tinapos nya at umalis sya sa una nyang employeer so bale dalawa ang naging emplyeer for almost 3 yrs.Now gusto syang pabalikin nang una nyang naging employeer may kasama pa syang pinoy duon sa company nya dati.possible ba na makabalik sya duon at kung papaano ba ang pag process ng ganitong situation.pwede ba syang mag punta sa philippines embassy dito sa pinas para mag tanong.At kung mag aantay pa siya ng KLT exam sa poea.ask ko lang po sana matulungan natin ang ating kababayan kung papaano nya aasikasuhin ang ganitung sitwasyun.salamat sa marami sa pagtulong nyo at god bless to all.

i think this question is quite similar to your previous question that i have answered already... again, posible po siya ma-rehire at di na siya kailangang mag KLT exam pa dahil dati siyang EPS employee ng same employer na magrerehire sa kanya.

tell your friend to contact the employer na gustong magrehire sa kanya at sabihin niya na punta lang siya sa labor office ng Korea to apply/request the rehiring process of your friend. i think meron itong ibang requirements to be given by the rehiring employer compare sa normal re-hiring process dahil nakauwi na siya ng Pinas bago maiprocess ang rehire nya... just tell the employer to visit Korea labor office para malaman niya ano ang mga requirements...
